From corporate AV to large-scale festivals, he combines strategic oversight with a hands-on approach, often on-site making sure every detail runs smoothly. As Events Manager for Christmas on the Lawn, Connor turns complex logistics into seamless, memorable experiences.
Marketing & Promotions Lead

He shapes campaigns, concepts, and audience engagement, and is always full of new ideas. He doesn't just work behind the scenes—Liam rolls up his sleeves on-site, helping with setup, logistics, and making sure every event runs perfectly.
Connor and some mates originally started freelancing, doing DJ, sound, and lighting hire in Wellington.
Evolved into Rave Events Group, offering full audio, lighting, and event management/production, as a local Wellington Audio/Visual company.
Provided full Audio/Visual experiences for functions across Aotearoa. Created a memorable charity Christmas event for Upper Hutt to share the festive spirit and support Starship Hospital.
Evolved into LBO Management, focusing on event management and promotion. Successfully ran Christmas on the Lawn in collaboration with the Hutt City Council
