About the Event

LBO Management is proud to be the official event production partner for Christmas on the Lawn, Lower Hutt's premier Christmas celebration. Join us for a festive extravaganza featuring Nick Tansley's Christmas Band! Experience dazzling lights, live entertainment, and holiday cheer with opportunities to meet Santa, enjoy food trucks, browse an artisan market, get face painting, and more. This family-friendly event is free to attend, with donations encouraged—all proceeds support Starship Foundation. Come together with your community to celebrate the magic of Christmas in a spectacular outdoor setting.

Yes! Entry to Christmas on the Lawn is completely free for everyone. We encourage donations to support the Starship Foundation, but there's no cost to attend and enjoy the festivities.

Gates open at 2:30 PM. We recommend arriving early to find a good spot on the lawn and explore the artisan market and food trucks before the main entertainment begins at 3:00 PM.

Limited parking is available near Riddiford Garden. We encourage using public transport or carpooling where possible. Check Metlink for bus routes to Lower Hutt.

Christmas on the Lawn is an outdoor event that will proceed rain or shine! Please dress appropriately for the weather and bring umbrellas or raincoats if needed.
